Caulking and Expansion Joints

Trans Pacific Center

ARC caulks stucco, concrete, wood, and other surfaces in San Francisco and the Bay Area including high rise sealing of pre-cast panels and windows using time tested silicone and urethane rubber. As shown in the photo of the Trans Pacific Center at 1000 Broadway in Oakland, all window and wall expansion joints throughout the exterior of the entire building, including the Plaza were caulked and sealed.

Paver and Pedestal Systems

2189 Market Street

Paver and Pedestal systems are desirable in San Francisco and the Bay Area is that they allow even a single paver (or two) to be temporarily removed to potentially solve leaking problems in a membrane.

Commercial, Large-Scale Waterproofing

5800 & 5900 3rd Street

Built in 2013, the two 148 unit mixed residential and commercial building complexes experienced leaking within the first 5 years. The HOA sued the builder, recovering several million dollars and retained a construction consultant to create a scope of work and select a contractor (out of 3 bidding the job) to repair and waterproof the buildings.
