San Francisco Waterproofing

ARC is a full-service General Contractor, Waterproofing Specialist, and Roofing Contractor with 40 years of problem solving experience in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a long-time member of a top industry association — the Sealant, Waterproofing and Restoration Institute (SWRI) — our key advantage from the standpoint of being both a General Contractor and a Waterproofing Contractor in San Francisco is to see repair and restoration through the “eye of a Waterproofer.” Drawing on our extensive repair & waterproofing experience, we always make sure that the repair projects we work on reflect attention to potential water intrusion issues.

Architectural Restoration and Waterproofing has been in the Commercial and Multi-Family Residential Waterproofing and Restoration business in San Francisco and surrounding Bay Area for over 4 decades and has a proven track record featuring superior quality, competitive rates and unrivaled service. In addition to the application of a wide variety of deck, roof, sidewalk, and below grade (parking garage) waterproofing coatings and systems, we can also handle a wide range of structural restoration needs, from sealing the walls and windows of multi-story buildings to seismic retrofit projects. Our Carpentry Division can do a variety of work, including, but not limited to: Foundation repairs, siding replacement/repair and dry rot removal and repair. We create and repair Drainage systems including installation of sump pumps and do a variety of Roofing installation and repair projects including single ply roofing –TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen and composition shingles. Our work also includes Window and Door replacement, Spall repair, Masonry, Stucco, Terra Cotta, and Concrete restoration/repair, Deck and Wall damage reconstruction/repair and, both large scale and touch-up Painting, etc.

Our Restoration and Waterproofing projects have included notable customers like Whole Foods, The Cannery, The Argonaut Hotel, Ghirardelli Square and the Mark Hopkins Hotel (Historical buildings). We have done large apartment complex and commercial office building projects, including Condominium Associations and HOAs, having recently completed a large scale HOA structural restoration, waterproofing and painting project in San Francisco — for a closer look at how a project like this is done, click on the Featured Project link on this website.
