"I would not hesitate to recommend ARC to our clients and business associates. ARC completed a $525,000.00 contract to structurally restore and waterproof a 640 unit apartment complex in San Francisco. Your firm accurately determined the cause of leakage problems that attempts had been made to correct for years.
You successfully stopped the leakage and structural damage at Shoreview, La Salle, Bayview and All Hallows Apartments.
ARC completed structural re-building and waterproofing of the exterior balcony decks for the Eden Roc Condo Assc. Wakefield Sharp acted as construction managers. The decks were completed with high quality and to the satisfaction of the owners and engineer."

"I want to commend your company for the excellent completion of work at 900 Bush and 290 Lombard in San Francisco. I think your approach to what I considered a difficult situation was ingenious.
Our reputation is based on proposing the right method of repairs and making sure the job is completed correctly. If one has the right contractor, the job is easy. We continue to recommend ARC to our clients for all high-rise exterior structural restoration and waterproofing problems.
Thank you for your quality work."

||"As an employee of Eugene Burger Management Corporation, my responsibility included management supervision of the Rotary Plaza Apartments.
The apartment complex included 181 residential living units housed in two buildings. The history of the property included some 14 years of chronic lateral water penetration problems. Some $500,000.00 had been spent during that period of time on a variety of attempted solutions to the water penetration problems. No successes were realized.
Mr. Miller [the CEO of ARC] reviewed our problems and advised that there was no one particular problem and no one particular solution. We had, rather, a number of different water penetration problems requiring a number of different solutions.
Mr. Miller developed a comprehensive strategy for addressing each problem with a solution and implemented the strategy successfully.
Having recently checked with the current building manager, I am advised that there have been no water penetrations to the building since Mr. Miller['s] team completed the job some years ago.
I was originally impressed with Mr. Miller's candor regarding our problems and am unquestionably impressed with the results of his efforts."
